Search for a property

Find a site by address, lot/plan or suburb, or just click it.

The map is the front door of Land Axis. It carries cadastre, addresses, planning zones and overlays for Victoria and New South Wales, and every property tool hangs off selecting a parcel. There are three ways in: search, clicking the map, and the properties you have saved.

   Open the map

   Select "Map" in the navigation rail. The map opens with a toolbar across the top that holds the search box, the "Saved" list, the basemap buttons and "Layers & filters".

   Search an address

   Type into the search box. Its placeholder is "Search address, lot/plan or suburb". Suggestions appear as you type, and some carry a tag: "Suburb" or "Postcode" takes you to that area without selecting a parcel, and "Lot/Plan" is a title reference. Select an address to fly to it and select the parcel.

   Or click a parcel

   Click any parcel on the map to select it. The property panel opens beside the map with that parcel's details.
