Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card and no trial clock. Create an account, search real sites, and upgrade to Pro whenever you need more.
Opening a site on the map to see its zoning, overlays and development controls. Searching and browsing the map are unlimited on every plan — a site is only counted when you open it. Each site counts once a month no matter how many times you come back to it, so revisiting your shortlist is free. The Free allowance is 20 sites per month across your account and resets on the 1st; Pro and Enterprise have no limit.
Feasibility analysis — cashflow projections, financing, GST and stamp duty modelling — is live now in early access. Studies and quick feasibility are open on every plan including Free; residual land value, exports, reports, saved scenarios and the AI tools are Pro. It is marked early access because we are still adding to it and refining it with the people using it, not because it is behind a waitlist.
Yes. Pay annually and Pro is A$47 per month — A$564 a year, a 20% saving on monthly billing. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Land Axis covers Victoria and New South Wales — zoning, overlays and property data built on each state's government planning datasets. Victoria came first and New South Wales is live on the same footing; more states are on the roadmap, so if you work elsewhere, tell us where and we'll prioritise it. The aerial imagery add-on is the exception: it comes with Australia-wide access.
High-resolution aerial imagery is an optional add-on for Pro and Enterprise at A$100 per user per month +GST, on a 12-month commitment. Unlike our planning data, imagery access is Australia-wide. It's premium licensed imagery, which is why it's priced separately and on an annual term — you only pay for it if your workflow needs it. Contact us to enable it on your account.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply from your next billing cycle. Your saved sites stay with your account.
All major credit and debit cards for Pro. Enterprise agreements can be invoiced against a purchase order.
