Read the property panel

Area, frontage, title, zone, overlays, risk and applications on one parcel.

Selecting a parcel opens a four-tab panel: "Property", "Report", "Envelope" and "Feasibility". This lesson stays on the Property tab, which is the planning read-out for the site.

    Check the headline measurements

    Under the address are three cells: "Area" in m², "Frontage" in m and "Aspect" (the parcel's orientation).

    Read the title reference

    "Lot / plan" shows the lot and plan with the SPI beneath it. "Local government area" names the council.

    Open the zone

    Under "Zone", each applicable zone is listed. Click a zone to highlight its extent on the map; click again to clear.
