Edit the massing and hand it to Feasibility

Drag the building to your scheme, then price it.

The last part of Design is shaping the massing by hand and handing the scheme to the numbers. This is the hinge of the whole product — everything you have established about the site travels with it.

   Start editing

   Select "Move corners" under "Adjust", or "Edit" in the "Design scheme" header (it becomes "Editing"). Editing is available for single-building schemes; where it is not, a line beneath the button says why.

   Drag the nodes

   A chip reads "Editing the footprint", and the hint reads "Drag nodes — shape stays within compliant limits". Drag the building's nodes to shape it.

   Watch the live stats

   "Live stats:" shows floor area, floor space ratio and coverage updating as you drag, so you can trade footprint against height in real time.
