Edit the massing and hand it to feasibility

Drag the envelope to your scheme, then push the site into a feasibility.

The last step on the Envelope tab is shaping the massing by hand and handing the site over to the numbers. This is the hinge of the whole product — everything you have established about the site travels with it.

   Enter edit mode

   In the "Design scheme" header, select "Edit" (it becomes "Editing"). Editing is available for single-building schemes.

   Drag the nodes

   The hint reads "Drag nodes — shape stays within compliant limits". Drag the envelope's nodes to shape the building.

   Watch the live stats

   "Live stats:" shows GFA, FAR and coverage updating as you drag, so you can trade footprint against height in real time.
