Choose a design scheme

Compare massing options on the same envelope and pick the one you want to price.

One envelope can hold several sensible building arrangements. The "Design scheme" grid offers massing options for the lot, each with its own yield, so you can compare them before committing to one for feasibility.

   Find the scheme grid

   Scroll to "Design scheme" in the Envelope tab. Each card is a massing option with a colour swatch and label.

   Compare the yields

   Cards carry the scheme's dwelling count, GFA, FAR and site coverage, plus a deemed-to-comply mark — a tick for compliant schemes, a dash for reference or merit-assessed ones.

   Select a scheme

   Click a card to apply it. The map redraws and the headline "GFA est." and "Coverage" update to that scheme.
