Check your funding headroom
See how close the debt gets to the facility limit, and what "at limit" means.
A lender cares less about the loan-to-value percentage than about how much room the facility has left. Land Axis shows that room on the Cashflow sheet, and flags an LVR where the facility is drawn right to its limit.

Read the LVR on the summary pane
The summary pane shows "LVR" as the peak debt against the value it is measured on. When the cashflow drew the whole facility, the figure carries a warning mark and reads, in the form "{percentage} · at limit". The percentage itself is unchanged; the mark tells you there is no headroom behind it.

Open the hint
Hover the LVR for its explanation. For a deal at its limit it says so, names the cap that bound the facility and explains that the cashflow drew the whole facility.
- 3
Open the Cashflow sheet
Select "Cashflow" and find "Debt against your facility", captioned "The gap to the limit is your headroom". The chart plots "Debt outstanding", "Undrawn facility", "Cash at bank" and the "Approved limit".
