Lesson 1 of 7

Create a feasibility study

5 min

Three ways to start a study: from the map, from scratch, or from a PDF.

A full feasibility study is the detailed model: line-item revenue and costs, a real debt structure, a monthly cashflow and lender-ready reports. There are three ways to create one, and the best one depends on what you already have.

  1. 1

    Open the studies list

Select "Feasibility" in the top navigation. The page is headed "Feasibility Suite" with a count of active deals.

  2. 2

    Find an existing study

Search by name or address, and filter by status: "Draft", "Active", "Approved" or "Archived".

  3. 3

    Start a new one

Select "New Study". The page is headed "New Feasibility Study" and asks "How do you want to start?" with two cards: "Start from scratch" and "Upload a feasibility PDF".

  4. 4

    Choose a template

  5. 5

    Fill in the study details

  6. 6

    Create it

  7. 7

Or arrive pre-filled from the map
