Import a feasibility PDF

Upload an existing appraisal and let Land Axis extract its line items.

If the deal already exists in Estate Master, Argus DM or a similar model, you do not need to retype it. Land Axis reads the PDF, extracts the line items and maps them to categories for you to review before anything is written into a study.

   Start the import

   From "New Study", choose "Upload a feasibility PDF". Existing studies have an Import route at /dashboard/feasibility/{id}/import, headed "Import Feasibility Data".

   Enter the site address

   "Site Address *" must be filled before uploading — the field accepts a search or a recent site from the map (placeholder "Search address or pick a recent from the map").

   Trim the PDF first

   The page carries a tip: "Tip — keep the PDF small:" print or export only the inputs / cashflow summary pages from your model. Full multi-page reports with charts and appendices are slower and can hit size or timeout limits.
