Lesson 3 of 3

The Land Axis workflow, end to end

4 min

How a map click becomes a lender-ready feasibility export.

Before diving into any single screen, it helps to see the whole path. Land Axis is built around one journey: find a parcel, model what can be built on it, sanity-check the money, then build the full study you can put in front of a lender. Each step hands its data to the next, so you never retype.

  1. 1

    Start on the map

Search an address or click a parcel. The property panel opens on the "Property" tab with area, lot/plan, zone and overlays.

  2. 2

    Model the envelope

On the "Envelope" tab, turn on "Show on map" to generate a deemed-to-comply envelope for the zone, with "Height", "Storeys", "GFA est." and "Coverage".

  3. 3

Test the numbers where you stand

The "Feasibility" tab runs a Quick Feasibility against that parcel. Land area is pre-filled, and the "Deal card" updates live as you type.

  4. 4

    Promote the winner

  5. 5

    Build the full study

  6. 6

    Export what the lender reads
